When purchasing from www.estorilracinglab.com, you must provide an email address or other means of contact so that orders can be properly processed and used for communication in case of any eventual need. It is assumed that the data provided is valid, and therefore any loss or misplacement due to incorrect data will not be eligible for any refund.

These general terms and conditions of sale are intended to provide and define all the necessary information to the user regarding the procedures for ordering, selling, payment, and use of the purchase made on the website www.estorilracinglab.com.

These conditions govern all the steps required to place an order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the Contracting Parties.

A Estoril Racing Lab fará todos os possíveis para que a informação apresentada não contenha erros tipográficos, sendo que serão rapidamente corrigidos sempre que estes ocorram. Caso adquira um produto que tenha características diferentes às apresentadas online, tem o direito de proceder à resolução do contrato de compra nos termos legais aplicáveis (direito de livre resolução). Ressalva-se que em certas situações as imagens poderão ser meramente ilustrativas não comprometendo as características dos produtos apresentados.

As informações sobre preço, produtos, especificações, ações promocionais e serviços poderão ser alterados a qualquer momento pela Estoril Racing Lab.

To make a purchase, the user must:

1. a) Register on the website www.estorilracinglab.com by providing the requested information.
2. b) Complete the information and select the options made available during the process (including email address, payment method, as well as the VAT number and name to appear on the invoice for tax purposes).

The completion of the purchase by the user constitutes full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale, as well as of the general terms and conditions of sale, which shall be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.

The information on the invoice is the sole responsibility of the user. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.

Estoril Racing Lab commits to providing the contracted service at the reserved date and time, allowing a maximum tolerance of 15 minutes.

Os preços apresentam-se em Euros, com taxas e impostos incluídos, tendo em conta o IVA em vigor à data do pagamento da encomenda.

The prices of the products shown on www.estorilracinglab.com are subject to change without prior notice. However, the prices displayed at the time of order completion will be the ones applied to that purchase.

All product/service names and titles used on the website www.estorilracinglab.com are trademarks or names of Estoril Racing Lab or registered trademarks and registered names of other owners. The user is not authorised to use or reproduce any of these trademarks or registered names, as doing so constitutes a violation of the holders’ rights.

Everything related to the design, texts, documents, videos, music or other services of Estoril Racing Lab, the selection and organisation thereof, as well as all software compilations and all other materials on the site are the property of Estoril Racing Lab.

Estoril Racing Lab is not liable for any inconvenience or damage caused to the user, such as interruptions in access to the website or any other service provided through it, external intrusions, malfunctions or disconnections of the operating system that may temporarily interrupt access, browsing, and the provision of services to users via the website, nor for any computer viruses that may infect the device through which the user accesses the site, or any other event of force majeure.

All users acknowledge that they are in good health and physically fit to engage in SIM RACING.Pregnant individuals, people prone to epileptic episodes, those with pre-existing medical conditions, or those susceptible to motion sickness should avoid using the simulators.Use of our simulators may involve rapid movements, flashing lights, and immersive sensory experiences that can be physically demanding or trigger certain medical conditions.

Estoril Racing Lab is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or medical conditions that may arise from the use of the simulators, during or after the session. By booking or participating in a session, participants accept full responsibility for their physical well-being and waive any claims against Estoril Racing Lab for injuries or medical care related to the use of the simulators.

To minimise any and all arising conflicts, under these general terms and conditions of sale, Portuguese law shall apply, and its courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the resolution of disputes, with the competent jurisdiction being the

Judicial Court of the District of Lisbon West – Central Unit of Sintra.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (in accordance with Article 10 of Decree-Law 24/2014, of 14 February)

The user may exercise the right of withdrawal without being required to pay any compensation, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day the service is purchased, and must communicate their decision via email to [email protected].

The refund will be made by bank transfer. The refund will be processed within 15 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal.
